Boys Program Structure

We are moving to a new model this year to accommodate the majority of our families.  There will be a Competitive Program and a Recreation Program to choose from at signup.  Over the years we have had the discussion of what philosophy we should take as a program.  Should we follow a travel team type format where the teams are leveled according to ability, or should we evenly split the teams for more of a recreation atmosphere? Over the last 5+ years, we followed the latter of the two, however we are starting to outgrow this model. Therefore, we are going to be a hybrid of the two and adjust the teams according to what tournaments we are playing in and who we are playing against. Please click the links below to see the structure of our new program in detail.
