In order to participate in Columbia Lacrosse Club (CLC) programs, your child must have an active USA Lacrosse Membership. 

Registration, membership benefits and additional information can be found at usalacrosse.com.  

During registration for a CLC program, your child's membership number will be verified against the USA Lacrosse membership database.  There are certain pieces of info that must match between your CLC account and USA Lacrosse account.  If you are having issues, please check these potential conflicts:

1. If your USA Lacrosse Membership expires before the season end date, you will need to renew your membership. You can see your child's expiration date on the USA Lacrosse site.
2. You must make sure the following information for your child matches exactly between the USA Lacrosse website and our CLC website (EXAMPLE: if your child's name is Nathan but you registered with USA Lacrosse as Nate but registered with CLC as Nathan, there will be an error):
   1. Name
   2. Date Of Birth
   3. Physical (home) Address
   4. Email Address - Either yours or your child's
